JEWELRY-MAKING PARTY: Thursday, August 26; Come-and-go from 4:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M. Central Time. Val is busy making up samples of jewelry, and I plan on making up a few myself. Both of us will be able to help you with designing jewelry, making clay pendants/beads, wire-wrapping, and lots of fun stuff! I just got in an order of beautiful beads, and have another big order on the way! So we will have LOTS for you to choose from. I will have a crockpot full of yummy stuff to eat, snacks, and a coolerful of pop and bottled water. Cost is 6.00 plus supplies that you purchase that night. These classes are ALOT of fun, so come join us. Please sign up by calling (785-694-2817), stopping by, or replying to this e-mail. (I might mention, too, that each student will have available to use during class a 12" porcelain tile for the clay-making, and a bead board. We will also have 3 clay machines, and 2 toaster ovens).

BOB ROSS PAINTING CLASSES: The very talented instructors from Arriba, Colorado, Sandy & T.R., will again be here to teach some BEAUTIFUL paintings. Friday, August 27 will be an old truck in a pasture w/wildflowers. Saturday, August 28 will be a "Thomas Kincade-like" picture, with colorful flowers in a hazy little river. Both are stunning pictures, and you can paint one, or both of them. You will go home with a finished painting. Class starts at 9:00 A.M. and ends at approximately 3:00 P.M. Cost is 75 per class, and everything will be provided, except a frame. We will have those available at the craft peddler after you're done painting. If you're interested in bringing your own supplies, please contact me for a supply list. Cost will be reduced if you're bringing your own supplies.
